Missouri KIDS COUNT has launched its new website including stories, policy briefs and connections to new and improved data connections.

The website includes Missouri KIDS COUNT data book that highlights indicators and county rankings, a searchable archive of Missouri KIDS COUNT data available since 1993 and data reports and research paper.

LINC partnership connects students with the arts

Students from Van Horn High School in the Independence School District recently attended Motown The Musical.This school year over 600 LINC students from three school districts (Kansas City, Hickman Mills, and Independence) have attended shows at the Coterie and Music Hall.

The LINC Commission, at its January 26 meeting, selected Jack Craft and Bailus Tate as interim co-chairs for the board. The two succeed long-time chair Landon Rowland, who will continue to serve on the board.
