Second annual crime prevention celebration unites law enforcement, community

In a continuing effort to support crime prevention, Kansas City United Against Crime will host its annual kick-off event Thursday, October 2 at Spring Valley Park at E. 27th Street and Woodland Ave. Free food and activities will be available to families and community residents from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
