For area food resources info:

Families with children who qualified for free or reduced-price school meals in the last school year can also receive a one-time $375 benefit per child through the summer Pandemic-EBT card program.

The deadline for making application is Oct. 10.

The benefit is also available to benefit children under the age of 6 who may not yet be in a school meal program.

Many families that were already receiving food stamp benefits through the EBT card program had the extra summer payment automatically added to their card balance. Payments went out in late August and early September.

If you have qualifying children and you did not receive the $375 benefit or you need to apply for the EBT food stamps card, fill out the summer P-EBT application on line by clicking here.
