LINC hosts training on Mo Kids Count data
LINC hosted a Kansas City training session on using Kids Count data for advocacy recently.
The training was provided by Wayne Mayfield, Ph.D. Research Associate, Office of Social and Economic Data Analysis and Laurie Hines, J.D. Coordinator, Missouri KIDS COUNT.
Kids Count as a significant national effort by the Annie E. Casey Foundation to provide accurate, reliable data that can be used to support better outcomes and advocacy on behalf of children and families.
The Missouri Family and Community Trust (MoFact) recently became the Missouri affiliate for Kids Count and has been traveling around the state helping train advocates, researchers and others on available Missouri Kids Count data.
LINC is one of 20 community partnerships around Missouri support by MoFact.
