LINC-Fort Osage partnership featured in The Buckner Clarion

Proactive community work in Fort Osage was the main focus of an article published in The Buckner Clarion Thursday, September 25. LINC has worked to develop a long-standing partnership in the Fort Osage School District and community with staff working with families and school staff at Blue Hills, Buckner, Cler-Mont, Elm Grove, and Indian Trails elementary schools.
Free family events, health fairs, school resource events and more are held throughout the year, food pantries available weekly, and holiday assistance events held yearly. This is done through LINC Site Councils engaging with parents and community residents to volunteer and working with other organizations like Harvesters.
