Students in Grandview become filmakers with 4-H partnership

Fourth-eight graders became filmmakers this summer when students in a LINC summer program at Meadowmere Elementary in Grandview provided students the opportunity to produce their own films.

LINC Summer Program at Meadowmere Elementary ran from June 5 to July2. In this time students produced three short films that were premiered at Town Center Theatre.

The films were shown before the regularly scheduled movies. The films were entitled Fairness (fourth grade), The Missing Shoe (fifth grade) and Believe in Yourself: Make Your Dreams Come True (sixth-eight grade).

LINC partnered with the local 4-H organization for the event.

LINC provides summer programs in multiple school districts. Click here to learn more.
