Hickman Mills Superintendent recognized by Missouri Afterschool Network
The Missouri Afterschool Network has recognized Hickman Mills C-1 School District Superintendent Dr. Yolanda Cargile as an outstanding administrator for her support of after school programming. Dr. Cargile was presented the award at the Dec. 13 school board meeting.
She was nominated by LINC Caring Communities Program Specialist Carl Wade. “Dr. Cargile believes that the district’s success depends on the collaboration of the entire community. She values, supports, advocates and understands that after school programs are a key partner in strengthening communities, and meets the need of underserved populations to promoting parent engagement and beyond.”
LINC provides before and after school programming at 12 schools in the district.
