Over twenty students are active with LINC Chess Camp this summer

LINC Chess Camp and LINC Chess University have begun this week at Woodland Early Learning Center in Kansas City Public Schools. Have fun playing this week chess players!

LINC Chess Camp is being held again this week with 22 students participating at Woodland Early Learning Center in Kansas City Public Schools. 

Starting Monday, July 27, students have been learning and practicing new chess strategies with certified LINC Chess instructors. New this year, LINC Chess University participants are working with LINC Chess Camp students as they train to become certified chess instructors. 

The five LINC Chess University participants will work with the LINC Chess Camp on Friday teaching students and answering questions. Once certified, LINC Chess instructors can coach students during LINC Chess tournaments that are held throughout the school year.
