KCPT documentary to approach mental health "crisis" in Kansas City

A community-wide view of mental health will be the topic of an upcoming KCPT documentary told through the focus of law enforcement. Lost Minds: KC's Mental Health Crisis will air Wednesday, October 1 at 8 p.m.
