LINC provides new opportunities for KCPS high school students

Manomay Malathip, graduation specialist for the Kansas City Public Schools, talks with students at African-Centered College Preparatory Academy about the Missouri A+ scholarship program and how it can provide financial support for college or vocational training.

Some high school students in the KCPS will now have the opportunity to provide tutoring and mentoring to younger students in LINC Caring Communities before- and after-school programs. It can help fulfill their graduation requirement of 40 hours of community service.
