Caring Communities Site Coordinator

The LINC Caring Community Before and After School Child Care program provides high quality school-age care for all families in a safe, fun, and caring environment that supports children's social, emotional and physical development. LINC is seeking a full-time Caring Communities Site Coordinator to manage and lead one of our 50 sites serving multiple school districts in the Kansas City area.

Responsible for overall program coordination of a Caring Communities site. This may include responsibility for a before and after school program which includes supervision, safety, and health of children in program; coordinates organizational policies; record keeping - attendance, enrollment, fee collection, budget; liaison between school staff, parents, and community.

Sites are located in multiple school districts in the Kansas City area.

Degree in child related area and school-age child care work experience required.

Preference will be given to candidates who meet the requirements for childcare director certification of a facility that serves 100 or more students as defined by the state of Missouri here: https://health.mo.gov/safety/childcare/director.php
