Blueprint 2030: Community chats to consider scenarios for future of KC Public Schools

Kansas City Public Schools’ plans for a changing school system now have scenarios to look at — and it’s your turn to tell the district what you think.

This is phase three of the Blueprint 2030 process that began in early 2021. The district is scheduling several opportunities for the public to see and give input on what the district team is now imagining from academics to programs.

Meals and childcare will be provided at each session. Language interpretation in Spanish, Somali, Swahili and Burmese will be available at the chats on April 11 and April 12.

Here is the complete schedule for the community chats:

April 11: 11:30am-1:00pm at Southeast Community Center (4201 E 63rd St, KCMO 64132)

April 11: 6:30pm-8:00pm at Central High School (3221 Indiana Ave, KCMO 64128)
