At each LINC Caring Communities site, parents, school staff, faith leaders, local business owners, neighborhood association members, and civic partners gather regularly to look honestly at what their community needs and what it already does well.

Those conversations lead to real outcomes. Site Councils take what they hear and act on it, tackling concerns that keep coming up and lifting up what the neighborhood is already doing right. Over time, that shared work builds the kind of trust that makes it possible to do something together.

Because Site Councils are rooted in specific neighborhoods, they reflect what residents actually experience. And because every voice at the table belongs to someone with a real stake in the community’s future, the decisions they shape carry real weight.
