We work alongside Missouri Children’s Division and Division of Youth Services case managers to support teens currently in foster care or returning home from the juvenile justice system. Each year, our team assists more than 600 young people across Jackson, Clay, and Platte counties.
Missouri Older Youth Program
Ages 14–21, currently in foster care
Former foster youth who exited care at 18 or older, but are still under 23
Youth adopted or in guardianship after age 16, and are under 21
Division of Youth Services Community Mentorship
Services are personalized with help from the Family Support Team.

LINC fills critical education gaps for Missouri DYS-involved youth using qualified teachers and technology when state resources fall short.
