The Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City is in the midst of conducting a five-month series of community forums within its service area.

The forums serve as an update for stakeholders and the community at large on the happenings at the Foundation, and to solicit feedback on how the Foundation can partner with communities to more fully improve health.

A summary report outlining what we heard throughout these conversations will be shared at the conclusion of the forums.

HCF's service area includes Kansas City, Mo., Cass County, Jackson County, and Lafayette County in Missouri, and Allen County, Johnson County, and Wyandotte County in Kansas.

The first forums began in June. Upcoming forum dates, locations, and links to registration are below. *Every forum will begin and end at the same time, 7 – 8:30 p.m.
