Students give back to the community with The Giving Tree
Student athletes from Osage Trial Middle School in the Fort Osage School District joined to participate in The Giving Tree at Cler-Mont Elementary Tue., December 17.
As an opportunity for players from the boys' and girls' basketball teams to come together, The Giving Tree supplies 435 area children with food, clothes, and presents during the holidays.
The Giving Tree is a LINC food pantry site that has served the Fort Osage area for at least 10 years. Fort Osage is host to multiple food services including Harvesters/Panera food distributions.
