Grandfamilies Conference is an opportunity for grandparents and other caregivers to connect with resources and information to assist with raising grandchildren.

The conference will be held Friday, Oct. 25  from 10 am to 2pm at the City of Kansas City, Missouri Health Department located at 2400 Troost, Kansas City, Mo 64108.
