LINC is applying for grant funding from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers program (21 CCLC). Resources and programming proposed by LINC include:
- 21st Century Community Learning Centers that support student learning before and after school, with an emphasis on STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math).
- Access to support in addressing needs of the community (crisis intervention, parenting resources, utility assistance, etc.).
- Monthly meetings to help parents and neighbors connect with local resources.
- Events throughout the year that promote student and family engagement.
- LINC will provide before and after school STEAM focused activities and events that are available to all school-aged children in the community.

James Elementary
