LINC is proud to be part of Missouri’s statewide system reform effort led by the Family and Community Trust (FACT). FACT brings together leaders from state agencies and the private sector to improve the lives of Missouri’s children and families.

About FACT

FACT’s Board of Directors includes the heads of eight state agencies and eight civic and business leaders. Together, they:

  • Set a shared vision for systems change
  • Build leadership capacity in both state agencies and local communities
  • Measure outcomes to track progress
  • Strengthen cross-agency collaboration

FACT governs the work of 20 Caring Communities Partnerships across Missouri, including LINC, with the goal of building stronger communities through collaboration, strategy, and accountability.
