Educare to hold Large Group Training, Jan. 17, at ACCPA

Educare, the LINC initiative to support early childhood education providers, will host a large group training on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, at African-Centered College Preparatory Academy, 6410 Swope Parkway, Kansas City, Mo.

SCHEDULE
8:30 a.m., Registration
9-10:30 a.m., First session
10:30-10:45 a.m., Break
10:45-12:15 p.m., Second session

WORKSHOP TOPICS
Each class = 1.5 clock hours
Two sessions of each:

  • Challenging Behaviors in Infants and Toddlers (C2 L2a,b)
  • Child Abuse and Neglect/Mandated Reporter (C5 L4)
  • How to Be More Profitable in Your Business (C7 L3b, L4)
  • Lead Poisoning Prevention and Training (C5 L1a, L3a)
  • Strategies to Engage Fathers: The Secret Life of Men (C4 L2)
